Shipping and Delivery
1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?​

Transactions within Metro Manila will be transported through third parties (grab, lalamove, etc.)and can be delivered on the same day (as long as within office hours). All transaction outside Metro Manila, will be shipped the following day, NO RUSH SHIPPING. We offer JRS, LBC, bus shipping or any preferred courier by client.

Note: Shipping fees will be paid by the client

2. How do I track my order?

Once the items are shipped, your sales representative will send a waybill.

3. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

When this happens, please contact your sales representative, use the support button on our website, or you may message on our FB messenger: Intercast Healthcare Corp.

Returns and Exchanges
1. ​What is your return policy?

Sales Return is acceptable if there is a valid and specific reason for return and the items are in good condition.

Sales Return shall be within the allowable time frame of seven (7) days from the date of purchase​, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original sales invoice or official receipt. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or causes not attributable to the manufacturer shall not be eligible for return.

Returns shall be subject to inspection and approval to ensure compliance with the foregoing conditions.

2. How do I request a product exchange or refund?

Arrange with your sales representative on the items you wished to be returned and wait for further instructions.

3. Is there a restocking fee for returned items?
