NEW ACE FX
Embedded inside the NEW FX are very minute particles called nanoSilica that made its polymer matrix structure more compact and tougher. These nano-sized Silica particles strengthen the bonding between polymer strands making it harder and resistant against abrasion. Possessing hardness of Hv = 25, performance test showed that NEW FX is 60% strengther than conventional acrylic material against abrasion. Thus, NEW FX has opened the opportunity for users, who are not quite satisfied with conventional acrylic resin teeth, a higher quality and competitive three-layer alternative choice.
New Ace FX Posterior
Inherent capability of natural teeth is efficiently utilized. The 20° cusp angle of semi-anatomical posterior configuration allows smooth mandibular movement and maintains denture stability. The occlusal surface is made smaller and this is proven to achieve more effective mastication.
Full Balanced Form
Contact points designed on the occlusal surface contribute to enhanced denture stability, work to engage and result in a smooth and stable lateral movement during mastication.
Central groove considering a reference line (Setting Line)
By aligning the concave undercuts set in the mesial distal marginal ridge of each tooth makes teeth arrangement easy to perform.
